Introduction
Fluoridation ln the Calgary water supply was ceased by Calgary City Counciin 2011, after being present since 1991. Edmonton, in the same province, under the same health care system, with a similar sized population and similar demography, continued water fluoridation, thus serving as a natural control for research on the effects of fluoride cessation.
