Three systematic reviews with meta-analyses and 21 non randomized studies were identified regarding the clinical effectiveness of community water fluoridation in the prevention of dental caries, the effects of community water fluoridation cessation on dental carries, and the negative effects of community water fluoridation on human health outcomes.
